Fee structure
Flat subscription only. No asset-based fees, no performance fees, no per-trade commissions charged by us, no payment for order flow.
Billing is processed by our merchant of record; we do not store cardholder data.
Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are never contingent on trading results.
Brokerage fees, if any, are set and charged by your own brokerage, not by us.
Live trading is unavailable during the beta period; the Free paper tier is unaffected.
Refunds & cancellation
Cancel anytime. Cancel from your account page or by emailing hello@icejuicetrading.com; your plan stays active through the end of the period you've paid for, and you will not be billed again.
14-day refund on first purchase. If Ice Juice Trading isn't for you, email us within 14 days of your first subscription payment for a full refund, no questions asked.
Renewals. Renewal payments are refundable within 7 days of the charge if you haven't used live trading in that period; otherwise cancellation stops future billing.
Refunds are processed by our merchant of record to your original payment method. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
