Your email address (sign-in and notifications); your brokerage connection credentials — either an OAuth access token, or, if you choose to connect that way, the API key and secret you supply (all encrypted at rest; we never see your brokerage password); your strategy configurations; and the positions, orders, and account balances needed to run your strategies and show your dashboard. Card payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
Run your strategies, show your results, send you the notifications you enable, and operate the Service. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your trading data with third parties except the service providers needed to operate (broker API, hosting, transactional email, payments) — each bound to their own privacy obligations.
Broker credentials — OAuth tokens and API key/secret pairs alike — are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, are never returned by our API, are stripped from error logs, and are readable only with database master access. Sign-in is passwordless (email codes); authenticator-app two-factor is required before live-account features. Report a suspected vulnerability through our contact form and we will respond.
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and we run no third-party trackers on it. When you sign in to the app, your browser stores a session token in local storage so you stay signed in; clearing your browser storage signs you out. That token identifies your session and nothing else.
We use a small number of providers to operate the Service, each bound by its own obligations: your brokerage (currently Alpaca) for market data and order placement; our application host and database; a transactional email provider; and our payments processor. We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not give your trading data to anyone who is not needed to run the Service.
You can see and change your strategy configuration in the app at any time, disconnect your brokerage account at any time, and delete your account at any time. Contact us and we will tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct it, provide a copy, or delete it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these.
The Service is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Delete your account any time from settings or by contacting us — we disconnect your broker, delete tokens immediately, and delete or anonymize account data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting purposes.
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above, and we will tell you before any change that materially affects how we handle your data.
