Ice Juice Trading provides self-directed trading automation software. You select and configure rules-based strategy templates; the software places orders in your own brokerage account, at your direction, according to the parameters you set. We are not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or fiduciary; we do not provide investment advice, recommendations, or portfolio management. Brokerage services are provided by your brokerage (e.g., Alpaca Securities LLC), not by us. We never take custody of your funds or securities.
All strategy selections, parameters, and risk limits are yours. Trading involves substantial risk, including the loss of your entire investment. Automated execution can fail, lag, or behave unexpectedly (including due to market conditions, broker outages, gaps between prices, or software defects). Stop-loss parameters do not guarantee an exit price. You agree you are solely responsible for the results in your account and for monitoring the Service's activity.
Backtested and historical results shown anywhere in the Service are hypothetical, have inherent limitations, and do not guarantee future results.
You authorize the Service to access your brokerage account via OAuth. You may revoke access at any time via your broker. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure and for enabling two-factor authentication where offered.
Paid plans are flat-fee subscriptions billed by our merchant of record. You may cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are not contingent on trading results.
Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or abuse the Service; don't use it in violation of law or your broker's terms; don't attempt to access other users' data.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features with notice. We may suspend the Service to protect users, us, or the markets.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages.
