You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page, or by emailing hello@icejuicetrading.com. When you cancel, your plan stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for, and you will not be billed again. We do not charge any cancellation fee.
If Ice Juice Trading isn't for you, email us within 14 days of your first subscription payment and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Renewal payments are refundable within 7 days of the charge if you have not used live trading during that period. Otherwise, cancelling stops all future billing but the current period is non-refundable.
Refunds are issued by our merchant of record to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few business days for the credit to appear. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
